We understand that there may come a time when you want your money back, and we aim to make the refund process as simple as possible.
SlideBrain is a digital subscription service, so there is nothing to ship back. Eligible purchases can be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase, as set out below.
Refund Eligibility
Annual plans: full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. Monthly plans: non-refundable — cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are not refundable; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record) to your original payment method. Statutory rights of consumers in the EU, UK, and Australia are unaffected.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at help@slidebrain.co from your account email with your order number and the reason for your request, and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
Processing Your Refund
Once your request is confirmed as eligible, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
