Which platforms are supported?
PowerPoint for Windows, Mac (Microsoft 365 desktop), and PowerPoint on the web. Slide creation is currently desktop-only; reviewing, chat, and the issue log all work on the web. iPad is not supported.
Does SlideBrain upload my deck?
No. Your file is never uploaded. Reading and understanding the deck happens on your machine; only the specific content being judged is sent for AI review. Full details in the security section of the homepage.
How do I manage billing or cancel?
Billing is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Use the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt email, or write to us and we'll sort it out.
